RentalMatchup.com was founded in 2008 by a rental property owner who found it frustrating that there were so many ways to list rental property.

Most methods of listing locally in Harrisonburg and the Shenandoah Valley created more questions than answers for prospective tenants looking for places to rent. There had to be a better way to match renters to property owners and managers. RentalMatchup.com was born.

Too often, when finding a new place to live, traditional listings offer too little information for a renter to really understand whether or not they’re interested in a particular apartment or house. RentalMatchup.com strives to provide an easy to use site for both property owners and prospective tenants to find each other.

For property owners, detailed listings are easy to create on RentalMatchup.com , and because of this, renters can more easily find their perfect place to live.
