RentalMatchup.com is simple, powerful and effective. We designed our one-stop approach to advertising rentals with you in mind. We’ll save you time, money and frustration.

Here’s how it works.

1. You sign up.
Sign up using our simple registration process. You can add, delete or edit your listings at any time. After you create a user name and password, you’ll provide details about your contact information, and details about your property listing(s). You may upload pictures of your rental properties, add a company logo, or link to your company’s website when you create your new listings.

2. Your listing is posted immediately.
Your listing and contact information will be posted on RentalMatchup.com in the form of full-page, professional ads which can be viewed by any potential tenants visiting the RentalMatchup.com website. Potential renters can easily search for your listings and save them to their favorites, email to friends and contact you directly via your listing.

3. You can receive our custom “For Rent” sign.
We’ll send you a professional custom ‘For Rent’ sign that you can place at your property. All you need to do is check the box where it says “Add A Sign” when you place your listing.

4. You print pre-designed flyers about your listing.
As soon as your listing is complete, you may print pre-designed flyers directly from your RentalMatchup.com account. The layout is done for you, just click and print.

5. You maintain your listing quickly and easily.
When your listing has been rented, you have two options. Login to your account and choose either “Turn off listing” or “Mark as Rented”. If you turn off your listing, your property will no longer appear in searches. However, if you want your listing to remain posted until its expiry date, simply use the “Mark as Rented” option.

6.Re-activate the listing whenever needed.
When it’s time to rent your property again, you may re-post instantly by logging in and turning your listing back on.

RentalMatchup.com does not screen or endorse any individual using this site including renters or property owners and therefore we encourage all users to educate themselves about renting.

There are many resources available including websites and online articles covering topics such as screening tenants, local laws and legal forms, landlord responsibility, and safety tips. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

RentalMatchup.com is designed to maximize the potential for each individual property listed and therefore we only allow one property per listing. This maintains the quality of the product we’ve designed for you.
